All clothing and accessories are covered by our 30 day exchange/return policy. To initiate a return please email us at info@fetchinfido.com. Please make sure and include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to us.
All items MUST be returned in original packaging, with tags attached, in unworn condition with no pet hair.
Note that you must cover the cost of shipping the original order back to us. The item must be in re-saleable condition, with the original label attached, and within 30 days of the delivery service marking it as 'Delivered'.

CUSTOM ITEMS:

Due to the customized nature of the products, we produce at Fetchin Fido, we cannot offer returns on custom items. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet. If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our key passions and we will do everything we can to make sure you're happy with the final product.
If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at info@fetchinfido.com.
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. The quality of this photo does matter and can affect the outcome of the final product. Low quality photos will result in low quality products. We will do everything we can to make your product perfect for you.
WARRANTY:
At Fetchin Fido, we are committed to the quality and durability of our products. Please be advised that we accept claims for defective or damaged items only within 2 days from the date of receipt.
